
Beginning on May 10, 2026, the University began transitioning its login systems to a new single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA) provider, Okta. This transition is a major undertaking by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to create a more secure and consistent authentication experience across all university platforms.

If a class is full, you need a permission number from the department. Once you have it, go to "Registration Menu" → "Add/Drop Classes" → Enter the CRN → Enter the Permission Number in the box labeled "Override." Do not confuse this with the CRN.
