The episode begins with Masurao confronting a transformed Hanako-san in a new location, likely an abandoned building or shrine. She is no longer the frightened and helpless girl from the first episode. After recovering, she has absorbed the powers of the three other evil spirits Masurao defeated (Mary-san, Kuchisake-onna, and the Man-Faced Dog). This has amplified her own powers, making her breasts and buttocks bigger and her spiritual energy far more potent. She effortlessly destroys a wall with her new powers, showcasing her immense strength.
